This is a GW Vampire figure, I think something was taken off the top of his helmet, but he was 2nd hand so i'm not totally sure about that.....I need to do a fair amount of work to the face and cloak as yet but he's coming along quite nicely I think :).

| Is he the "big bad" or just a lesser vampire?, i'm not sure yet, depends if I can pick up a cooler model cheaply. I'm quite happy for him to be the big bad though, he's certainly a beefy looking vampire compared to the others I have. |
I also painted a 2nd grave guard. Just like the last one, this is a Privateer press mercenary thrall, but he's got a GW head and I twisted around the sword to allow him to face forward without it getting in the way.

The vampire used to have a dragon on the top of his helmet, It looks so much better without it. I might have to take a Razor saw to the one I have.

DeleteThe vampire certainly looks like the 'big bad' to me, might be hard to find a meaner looking baddy out there! The grave guard looks cool too.
